VII International Poetry: 'In the Footsteps of the Poet' from 18 to 30/octubre/2011
CHILE-Santiago: As is a tradition, Poets of the World Movement organizes its 7th International Poetry Gathering in Chile called 'OCTOBER: In the Footsteps of the Poet. ' The event will be held in the cities of Santiago, Valparaiso, Viña del Mar, Isla Negra, Cartagena, Melipilla, Rancagua, Chillán, Los Vilos, Illawarra, Salamanca, Coquimbo, La Serena, Vicuña and Montegrande. Be 13 days we'll be together traveling approximately 3 thousand kilometers, sharing memorable moments and creating links poetry for life, peace, environment and threatened human project.

Poets of the World [PPDM] is an international movement of poets who put their art in the service of humanity.
We are not tied to any government or political institution, or religious, or any kind. Economically, we are totally independent, we do not receive any assistance in working, we are self-supporting thanks to the support of some poets who make a voluntary and irregular. Participate in our movement has no charge.
Poets of the World Movement was founded on October 14, 2005 in Valparaiso - Chile, the Chilean writer Luis Arias Manzo, soon becomes the main guild meeting and poets of the world [August 2010] at 6700 [six 1700] members of over one hundred countries on five continents.
One of its main objectives is to convert the word into a real force capable of influencing the destiny of the world and the balance of the planet.

POETS OF THE WORLD_POETAS DEL MUNDO ARRIVE To Illapel, Chile
CHILE-Illapel [English-Portugues]: The poets of the world os poetas del mundo reach Salamanca. Salamanca is a commune in the province of Choapa located in the Coquimbo Region,Chile. It is also the region where the capital of the provincial government.
We were greeted by Governor of the province, in his office. At the time he paid tribute to four poets of the world: Nando Colombia, Luciano Rocha, Deth Haak, Brazil and Luis Arias Manzo, Chile
